Process
How refunds are issued
1. Contact hello@soshoppy.com with your order number.
2. We confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
3. After we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
4. Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
